I am an academic (or rather training to be one) working on making robots more autonomous by learning interactive stereotypical behavior patterns. When not playing with robots, I often tinkle with Julia and Python (with Anaconda of course) and keep some code on github. In the past I also tried blogging (and failed...in updating it) and pretended to be a photographer. Sometimes I tweet, other times I just yell at walls on facebook, google+ and linkedin or hangout on ROS answers.
